Travelled from ALA to SHJ on 11th of November, G9254, airport staff in ALA is amazing, big thanks to manager of ground staff, he saw that I am very tall and assigned me an emergency exit. Also would like to highlight an amazing job of crew on board named Ilnara. She is extremely helpful. She was the only Russian speaker on board and I saw her going extra mile for every passenger. She is very proactive during boarding and during service she is very nice and provides great customer service. Great job! Only negative thing I would like highlight is that on arrival airport in SHJ is very congested and a lot of people queueing for passport control.
