I was a passenger traveling from Beirut to Abu Dhabi with Air Arabia, and I am deeply disappointed by what happened during my trip. A sum of money was stolen from inside my bag, and I immediately reported the incident to the airline.It has now been almost a month since I filed my complaint, yet I have received no response, update, or support from the company. Such silence from a well-known airline is truly unacceptable and leaves passengers feeling unsafe and unheard.I trusted Air Arabia with my belongings and my travel experience, but this situation has shaken that trust completely. I sincerely hope the company will finally address my case seriously and take responsibility for what happened.
