My flight was delayed for 24 hours. I had a ticket issue when boarding my new flight, and they almost didn't even accept it. Due to the delay, I paid for both accommodation and my next flight, to Ist-Ayt, was cancelled, so I had to buy a new ticket. Furthermore, the make-up flight deemed suitable for me required a 21-hour layover. I changed my ticket to a more suitable flight with a 9-hour layover, and I paid a fee for that as well. I suffered significant financial and emotional losses, and they haven't compensated me. I'm completely dissatisfied. I don't think I'll use them again. I'll tell everyone I know about this bad experience.
