Ups:-comfort of travelling with Airbus A320-tasty food-reasonable quite cabin even near the engines-folding chairs-large baggage allowance-very kind and polite on board service-expanding range of destinations-great price-serves Arabic destinations-video panel above the head (not every pair of seat has their own but you can view from reasonable distance)-alcohol is not allowed to be purchased on boardDownsides :-non existing customer service.-lack of information about airports without online check in-you have to call for meals you paid as the staff is not aware of your booking (show your booking itinerary)-mechanically not fit airplane (strange noise from the airplane mechanical systems reminding use if hand saw while landing). Lots of metallic sounds from the suspension and propellerResult:I wish air arabia better User Experience test in regard to their App and to improve customer communication and information regarding check in airports. Bad experience can ruin the best holidays ever!Flight was comfortable (3.30 HR Agadir to Dublin). Some mechanical issues with propeller on left wing having contact with chassis should be addressed. They are great rival to Ryanair and hope one day will take all of Ryanair customers.I will choose their service next time if available and first to check if online check in is available
