It suppose to be a low cost airline but I paid €1.000 per 2 pax from Milan to Alexandria, in egypt.My outbound fly delay 4 hours I make a claim trought all them channel, 1 month ago but I'm still waiting for an answer.It was the bad experience of my life. I'll never use this company anymore!!
