This airline has been the most frustrating I have ever encountered! My connecting flight was cancelled, and all they did was send me an email notifying me of the cancellation, leaving it up to me to either rebook or request a refund. It felt like I was left to fend for myself! There was no assistance with transfers, no accommodations, no help to reschedule flights, and absolutely no compensation. I ended up stranded at the connecting airport for two days, ruining my vacation! Out of the four flights I took, three were delayed! When we finally arrived at our destination, our luggage was lost as well! They offered no support here either, just a generic email response expressing their apologies and claiming they “understand” the situation. To top it off, the food was terrible! I strongly advise against traveling with this airline!
