My flight with Air Arabia from Casablanca to Bologna was an absolute disaster.
The scheduled departure time was 7:00 AM, but the plane did not take off until 7:30 PM, resulting in a delay of almost 12 hours.
During this extremely long wait, there was no proper organization and no clear communication from the airline. Passengers were left for hours without reliable information, assistance, or adequate explanations.
Because of this delay, many passengers — myself included — arrived in Bologna around 11:00 PM, a time when no more trains were available for those traveling to other cities. This caused additional stress, extra expenses, and serious disruption to our rest and sleep.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. Poor management, lack of customer care, and no consideration for passengers.
I strongly do not recommend this airline.
