I am beyond disappointed with Air Arabia.
My family and I booked our tickets over five weeks in advance for travel in March. Just one week later, we received an email saying our flight was cancelled. The email offered to “rebook us within ±5 days at no extra cost,” but when we called, we were told there were no flights available for the entire month. This is misleading and completely unacceptable.
We asked them to arrange an alternative flight on the same day, even if it meant using another airline, because this trip was very important to us. They refused and said they would only offer a refund — despite their own terms and conditions clearly stating they are responsible for accommodating passengers in such situations. We even sent screenshots proving it, but they ignored us.
After reluctantly agreeing to a refund so we could book elsewhere, they refunded only two out of four tickets. It has now been weeks and despite countless calls and reminders, we are still waiting for the rest of our money.
This experience caused enormous stress, financial loss, and ruined travel plans for our family. Air Arabia’s complete lack of accountability, transparency, and empathy is shocking.
