I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accessible customer support. We chose this Airline even if I am SKEPTICAL since we are just traveling to Cebu which is only an hr. away and as a GROUP. After our flights were canceled due to the recent global crisis and rescheduled to a time that makes us miss the event we will be attending, I spent hours trying to find a human agent. The chatbot "Bo" is useless for complex issues, and the FB page is unresponsive to comments or messages. Furthermore, reaching out via X (Twitter) now seems to require a verified account, and their emails are "No Reply" only. It is nearly impossible to resolve an urgent booking conflict. Avoid this Airline if you have the budget.
UPDATE:
I finally got hold of a live chat agent (Allstars) and then in the middle of the chat he/she left me. So, I have to repeat the whole process of connecting with them with another 28 customers ahead of me waiting.
Alias Allstars if you are reading this, you are an unreliable live chat agent with VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
