My Frustrating Experiences with the Airline

I want to share two of my experiences with the airline. I booked a flight from a city in India to a destination in Thailand via another city in December 2025. The flight was delayed by two hours due to a technical issue, making it extremely stressful to catch my connecting flight. I managed to make it, but it was a very stressful experience. For my second flight with the airline from one city in Thailand to another in January 2026, I arrived at the airport two hours before departure. However, the organization of the queue was slow, confusing, and lengthy. I finally reached check-in just 30 minutes before my flight. They then sent everyone for another bag scan, requiring me to queue again. During the scanning process, I was informed that I had a lighter in my bag wrapped in foil. I was unaware that I couldn't carry a lighter in a checked bag, as this is typically allowed in Europe. I had to unwrap the foil, remove the lighter, and hand it over. By this point, I was already delayed for my flight. Overall, the process and handling of clients at the airport were slow and inadequate. It was a crazy and stressful experience flying with this airline. I can't provide a positive review based on this poor and stressful situation.
