About 10 years ago AirAsia was my favorite Asian low-cost airline. What the company has turned into now is simply a disgrace. Making mistakes is normal; completely ignoring your customers’ complaints is not. For years now people have been complaining about the glitchy website where it’s impossible to find anything, and about the useless chatbot that makes you want to punch your computer after trying to communicate with it. Is the airline doing anything to fix the situation? No, they’ve completely brushed off their customers. I've never encountered such blatant disregard for passengers anywhere else.
