Air Asia used to be very good pre-COVID but now their app is complicated and slow to use. Somehow it changed the dates that I'd chosen for my flight and I unwittingly booked flights for the wrong date. I quickly saw the error when I received the booking confirmation email but there is no way to contact a person at Air Asia to fix the problem. The only option is to pay the same price to update the booking to the correct date. I chose the correct date when I made the booking, so this is very unfair. I will travel by train instead and I will not fly with Air Asia again. Such a shame - Tony Fernandez was a very good CEO and built a great low-cost carrier. Those days are over. I hope somehow that Tony Fernandez gets control again and brings back the Air Asia we loved.
