Very poor customer service from AirAsia Lost & Found(Don Mueang airport). I was told my phone was found and contacted them by email, but they asked for my phone passcode via email, which raised serious privacy concerns.
When I went to collect the phone, staff took my passport without proper explanation and went inside a room. Even after confirming ownership, they still required me to log into my iCloud account and unlock the phone multiple times.
The verification process felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Customer privacy and communication need significant improvement.
