As a regular traveler please read my honest review. Flew from London to Aktau with 3 children in my own. Great customer service and the service at economy class was excellent. My children and I well travelled and we did not experienced in the past great airline as air Astana. Great airline. Free food. Free headsets etc activities for the children. Pillow and blanket provided. Trust me better than easy jet, TUI, Ryanair, British airways. Thank you ever so much 🥰.
