Unpleasant experience with the staff

We traveled with friends carrying light baggage, but the staff did not allow us to redistribute the weight and were quite rude. I remember one staff member at the airport who was particularly unkind. One friend was unwell and unable to walk, yet they insisted we go to several locations. While the flight itself was enjoyable, the staff should definitely improve their courtesy towards passengers.

Concern about expired dessert

Strongly advise against flying with this airline

I would strongly recommend not flying with the airline in Almaty. The staff at the check-in desk were very rude and responded to questions with anger, lacking basic politeness.

Very pleased with the service

Having traveled for 3.5 years and taken 47 flights, I can confidently say this airline is the best I've encountered! The economy feels almost like business class.

Extremely poor service

The staff were very rude. They snatched a blanket from my mother while she was sleeping, pushed us around, and ignored us multiple times. I do not recommend flying with this airline.

Pleasantly surprised by the service

When they made me weigh my carry-on at the airport and gave me a hard time over an extra kilo, I expected a typical low-cost airline experience. However, the flight turned out to be great — the food was tasty, and they even offered wine. Given the price I paid, the service exceeded my expectations.

Frustrating communication and unexpected charges

I booked a business class flight with a stopover and contacted the airline twice regarding hotel concerns, but received no response. After canceling my flight due to hotel issues, I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment and received a cancellation charge that was double what I expected. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the airline.

Misleading charges and policies

Not only did their e-ticket fail, but they also misrepresented a free personal item policy. At the airport, I was charged $70 for exceeding a personal item weight limit that was never disclosed during booking. This was very frustrating.
