Ordered products with a promise of 3-day delivery. After 3 days, nothing had been dispatched, and there was no communication. They finally arrived nearly a week later, too late for the intended gift. Now they are trying to charge me for a return. Absolutely appalling service; I recommend looking for a reputable company that respects its customers. I didn't complain about the price, just asked for them to fulfill their promise. They failed and then tried to take advantage of me. How would you feel if treated this way? I requested not to have it delivered as it would be too late; are they really that desperate for sales? I will initiate a chargeback through my credit card.
