I have the Airback official black backpack. Dimensions are 49x32x20. Almost at EU standard but a little bigger. However when there’s stuff in bag, it’s much bigger than this. My husband I and got charged for the first time in our lives (Ryanair) as there was no way it would fit. I did travel with it around Canada and other EU destinations without an issue, perhaps just got unlucky in Edinburgh airport.
It’s a good bag (although the outside marks like butter so be sure to buy a cover too) but only for checking in, I wouldn’t travel with it as a personal item again, which is what I bought it for. In hindsight I wouldn’t have spent all that money on the two bags if I had had known it was way too big when full.
If you’re a frequent traveler, this suitcase is a must-buy. I’ve already saved a fortune on two flights by skipping the check-in line. Over time, those savings really pack a punch. It's definitely a 'case' of getting your money’s worth!
It's a scam. I paid 150£ for a couple of vacuum compression bags, they never arrived. Customer service does not respond. I thought they might've been stolen, at first. Then I found out Airback contacted UPS behind the scenes to make sure the issue can't be reported. Just evil.

Unfortunately my shipment was lost so we was unable to use the product when necessary so I immediately got in touch with them regarding this expecting a very long and tedious process however I was extremely impressed by the way the company responded.The case was dealt with by the head of logistics who I would live to name but apparently cannot on this platform.To say he went above and beyond would be a injustice to the man his customer service was excellent and he his a real credit to this company.I can honestly say i would highly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future

Purchased a product a few weeks ago. Firstly, the touted compression area fails to seal correctly. It appears to work initially with the not-so-great pump provided (at an additional cost), but after 5-10 minutes, all the air escapes, making it no different from a regular zip compartment. Secondly, the internal space is surprisingly inadequate, even less than most backpacks of similar size. The excessive padding and partitions result in less usable space in a bag I bought to carry more. Additionally, I ordered it based on the promise of 3-day express shipping, but the company didn't even respond within that timeframe, let alone ship it. When I inquired about a minor defect, I received a standard reply directing me to an irrelevant video. Their marketing is polished and makes it seem impressive, but unfortunately, it’s just vastly overpriced and fails to deliver. Look elsewhere for a backpack and don't be misled by their inflated prices.

Ordered products with a promise of 3-day delivery. After 3 days, nothing had been dispatched, and there was no communication. They finally arrived nearly a week later, too late for the intended gift. Now they are trying to charge me for a return. Absolutely appalling service; I recommend looking for a reputable company that respects its customers. I didn't complain about the price, just asked for them to fulfill their promise. They failed and then tried to take advantage of me. How would you feel if treated this way? I requested not to have it delivered as it would be too late; are they really that desperate for sales? I will initiate a chargeback through my credit card.
I ordered five items in one transaction, promised express shipment in 1-3 days, yet seven days have passed with the shipment still 'in preparation.' I've sent three emails asking 'when will it ship?' with no response. They only provide one email contact, which seems ineffective... feels like a scam. I expected that a headquarters in the region would mean accountability and quality, but I was mistaken.
