I purchased an airback a couple of weeks ago, and I have to say I'm quite disappointed. First off, the much-touted compression area fails to seal correctly. Initially, it seems to hold air when using the not-so-great pump provided (for an extra fee), but after just 5-10 minutes, it’s clear that all the air escapes, making it no better than a regular zip compartment. Furthermore, the interior space is surprisingly limited, even less than most other backpacks of similar size. The excessive padding and thick dividers mean I can actually carry less in a bag that I specifically chose to hold more. Additionally, I was promised 3-day express shipping, but the company didn't even respond within that time frame, let alone ship the order. When I reached out about a minor defect, I received a generic response directing me to an irrelevant video that offered no help. While their marketing is polished and makes the product seem exceptional, it’s actually just grossly overpriced and fails to live up to its claims. I recommend looking elsewhere for a bag or backpack; don't be misled by their inflated prices into thinking this is something special. It certainly is not.
