To secure real tickets, we would need to pay $1900, although the airline is offering them for $1750. They seem to be taking advantage of urgent situations to charge more than the actual price. We feel cheated, having paid for a service that isn’t being fulfilled, which could be considered fraudulent under consumer protection laws. We lost $500 by trusting them and waiting for tickets that could have been cheaper. Now, we’re facing a wait of 15 to 20 days to get our money back, while the payment process was instant. When we requested their business number or official address to pursue legal action, they refused to provide it.
