We feel cheated, having paid for a service that isn’t being fulfilled, which could be considered fraudulent under consumer protection laws. We lost $500 by trusting them and waiting for tickets that could have been cheaper. Now, we’re facing a wait of 15 to 20 days to get our money back, while the payment process was instant. When we requested their business number or official address to pursue legal action, they refused to provide it.

This is fraudulent behavior. Please avoid making any purchases from them. They charged me for ten tickets on different dates, and when it was time to travel, they claimed there were no tickets. They did not book tickets for me, suggesting I go to the airport to check. I have recorded evidence of their misleading claims. They told me these were not standby tickets, yet I received various excuses. Please refrain from using their services.
