i have attempted for over a month to enter payout information, it has failed 8x, i have called AirBnB 6x now to try to solve, each time they have forced me to simply delete old, enter new in spite of me describing what the outcome will be. Again, today, now the 9th time i received another failed payout account and they continue to hold my money and claim they are unable to pay me. In spite of being a 'Super Host', and i have called again to ask for an escalation to someone at Air BnB that can stay live and solve the problem. i have been told 'we cannot do that', so i am stuck in the circle of administrative ignorance, a company and process that relies too heavily on automated processes that when they cant accomodate something, are stuck and the business culture does not care enough to be able to provide escalation or solutions. its gross, stay away, use VRBO or other platforms.. this is the 3rd issue we have experienced with AirBnB, its the 3rd strike, we are moving our accomodations to VRBO and Home away exclusively
