AVOID THIS PRODUCT. This product and its company are a scam. The item is poorly constructed and only emits cool air at best. When I requested a refund, I was informed that refunds are only granted for defective products and was asked to provide a video proving the tool doesn't reach the specified temperature in the manual. I submitted a video showing the tool only reaching 50 degrees Celsius after 3 minutes on the highest setting. They then claimed that their 'tech team' needed another video without attachments and proper heat adjustments. Why should it be without attachments? I always use it with them, and how could that affect the heat? There are only three settings! The customer service, while responsive and polite, seems trained to deflect and confuse. After a month of back and forth, I gave up. They never acknowledged the defect despite my clear evidence. In short, this is a scam; don't be fooled.
