After seeing all these reviews post-purchase, I'm genuinely worried. I hope they process a refund before shipping my order. I've reached out for a refund before they sent my product, but no one has responded. Now, I've received an email stating that my product has shipped, and the payment has already been deducted from my account. I attempted to contact them at the provided email, but it seems to be invalid. This situation feels very much like a scam.
The return policy is quite unclear. You're unable to return the item simply because you don't like it, which isn't clearly stated. Returns are only allowed if the product is defective... and I must mention that it's excessively loud, making it seem like it could malfunction. If it does fail, what will the company do then?

I requested a refund, but was informed that refunds are only provided for defective items and that I needed to submit a video demonstrating that the tool does not reach the temperature stated in the instructions. I sent a video showing the tool reaching only 50 degrees Celsius after three minutes at the highest setting. They responded by saying that their "tech team" needed another video without any attachments and to adjust the heat setting properly. Why should it be without attachments? I only use it with attachments, and how does that impact the heat? There are only three settings! How could I adjust the heat differently than simply moving the button? The customer service, while prompt and courteous, seems trained to confuse and mislead. After over a month of back and forth, I gave up. They were never going to acknowledge the fault, despite my clear evidence. In summary, this is a scam; don’t be deceived.

Avoid ordering from this company. The product fails to perform as advertised, and the customer service is terrible. They won't issue a refund unless the product is deemed defective. The dryer I received only blows cool air and left my hair extremely frizzy. It's disappointing. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. I wasted 100 dollars. Like others, I trusted an ad without checking reviews. Upon receiving my product, I immediately noticed its poor quality. The heat is inconsistent, leaving my hair as if I had air-dried it. When I reached out to initiate a return, I received a response I thought was outdated for a company heavily advertised online. Their return policy only applies to faulty products, which I believe describes all their items. Save your money and avoid this product and company.
Not comparable to a quality product. I own a high-end dryer, and this one doesn't measure up. Those who claim it's just as good likely haven't used a quality product. This is the only dryer I've encountered that lacks adjustable heat settings; if it did, I might have rated it higher. It's simply not worth the cost.
Zero stars if possible. The product is utterly worthless—it didn't work upon opening, and the plastic quality is laughable. After two days, they refused to send a return label or issue a refund. Now, I am stuck disputing the charge with my credit card company due to their ridiculous return policy. This company shouldn't sell products at this price with such poor quality and customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
