Avoid ordering from this company. The product fails to perform as advertised, and the customer service is terrible. They won't issue a refund unless the product is deemed defective. The dryer I received only blows cool air and left my hair extremely frizzy. It's disappointing. Despite claims of endorsements from well-known magazines, I cannot find any evidence of this product being featured. A total sham; DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
