I wish I could rate it 0 stars. I wasted 100 dollars. Like others, I trusted an ad without checking reviews. Upon receiving my product, I immediately noticed its poor quality. The heat is inconsistent, leaving my hair as if I had air-dried it. When I reached out to initiate a return, I received a response I thought was outdated for a company heavily advertised online. Their return policy only applies to faulty products, which I believe describes all their items. Save your money and avoid this product and company.
