AVOID THIS PRODUCT. This product and the company are misleading. The item is poorly constructed and only emits cool air at best. I requested a refund, but was informed that refunds are only provided for defective items and that I needed to submit a video demonstrating that the tool does not reach the temperature stated in the instructions. I sent a video showing the tool reaching only 50 degrees Celsius after three minutes at the highest setting. They responded by saying that their "tech team" needed another video without any attachments and to adjust the heat setting properly. Why should it be without attachments? I only use it with attachments, and how does that impact the heat? There are only three settings! How could I adjust the heat differently than simply moving the button? The customer service, while prompt and courteous, seems trained to confuse and mislead. After over a month of back and forth, I gave up. They were never going to acknowledge the fault, despite my clear evidence. In summary, this is a scam; don’t be deceived.
