I experienced significant delays on two flights, from one city to another and then to my final destination. Both were postponed due to engine issues, and we had to exit the plane under emergency conditions. The cabin crew was incredibly rude, and the in-flight meals were unacceptable. My subsequent flights with another airline were excellent!
