Have been waiting in line for several hours now just update details of my booking.
Got disconnect 3 times already...
My wife and I were flying business class from Edmonton to SFO. During check-in, as we approached the priority line, a ground staff member rudely directed us to the economy check-in counter, dismissing us without any explanation when I questioned him. Onboard, an elderly lady used the washroom before my wife, and there was water left in the sink. After my wife used it, the attendant asked her to drain the sink. This was frustrating because if my wife allegedly forgot, so did the other lady. It felt discriminatory, and I suspect it was due to our background. I plan to share this experience on every platform possible. Paying extra for business class should not come with such issues. This has left me truly disappointed.
