After completing all necessary checks, and without prejudice to all rights under Article 21.4 of the General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Aircash wallet, we are forced to terminate the agreement for the use of the Aircash wallet with immediate effect.
As a regulated financial institution, Aircash may close a user account or otherwise restrict its use for reasons including, but not limited to, the security of the user account or any of its security features, or if there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized or fraudulent use of the account, or if any of the security features of the Aircash account or Aircash services in general have been compromised, as well as in the event of a breach of any provisions of the Aircash General Terms and Conditions and/or applicable regulations.
In accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions for the Aircash wallet, your Aircash account has been closed. You accepted the General Terms and Conditions upon concluding and using the Aircash wallet service, and they remain available to you throughout the duration of the business relationship. The General Terms and Conditions govern all aspects related to the Aircash wallet service and related services, including the opening, use, and closure of the account. They also constitute the agreement between us, as the issuer of electronic money and provider of account services, on the one hand, and you, as the user, on the other.
Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions for the use of Abon regulate your rights and obligations and the conditions under which you are required to use Abon electronic money (“Abon”). These General Terms represent the agreement between you as the user and us as the service provider and define the conditions under which we issue electronic money and provide our services related to Abon.
Abon can be used for purchases in online stores (sellers of goods and providers of services via electronic commerce) that accept Abon as a payment method.
By purchasing and using Abon, you accept these General Terms for occasional transactions. Before purchasing Abon, you must first read these General Terms, and before using Abon, you must accept them in order to be able to use Abon. If you do not agree with these General Terms in whole or in part, please do not purchase or use Abon.
Accordingly, if you do not intend to use the purchased Abon or decide to discontinue its use for any reason, you have the right to request redemption in accordance with Article 6 of the General Terms for the use of Abon, subject to the applicable fee as defined in the relevant cases in that Article.
To do so, you need to send us an email to info-aircash.eu requesting redemption or contact customer support by phone. Prior to redemption, you must provide the Abon serial number, your full name and contact phone number, a copy of a valid photo identification document (ID card or passport), a copy of the valid Abon, and the number of your bank account to which you wish the funds to be transferred, including the IBAN and BIC.
We regret the circumstances that have arisen and thank you for your understanding.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the procedure or the final response in this case, you have the right to file a complaint with the Croatian National Bank or contact the Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Zagreb, Rooseveltov trg 2 The payment service provider (Aircash d.o.o.) is obliged to participate in the alternative dispute resolution procedure initiated by the consumer before the mentioned body.

I am very disappointed with this app. During registration, the Kosovo phone prefix is available, which gives the impression that users from Kosovo are supported. However, during identity verification, Kosovo is not listed as an option for document issuer, making it impossible to verify my account.This is confusing and unfair to users. If you allow Kosovo numbers, you should also support Kosovo documents for verification. Please fix this issue as soon as possible and add Kosovo to the verification system.

I use Aircash Mastercard to pay online and when I travel. I just top it up with my bank card without worrying about my personal data. If I want to top it up with cash I can also do that at MrPay locations. Aircash is convenient and reliable.
Totally unreliable. I ordered a free Aircash Mastercard before New Year’s from their website. It said that it can be ordered for free until the end of 2025. and it would be delivered in 7 working days. They never sent the card, and the customer service is not responding to my question at all, only generic messages. A very unserious company. Not sure if trusting them with money is a good idea.
