I ordered an electric shower that was delivered on time. However, it was found faulty upon installation. The return process was complicated and required excessive documentation, which contradicts consumer protection laws. I will be returning the faulty item and pursuing a full refund. This has been the worst service I have experienced in my 40+ years in retail management.
