It arrived damaged - probably in transit as the packaging was flimsy and there was a crease in the cardboard where the damage to the item was. I called to ask for an urgent replacement as it was for a vulnerable lady, with learning difficulties and suffering with cancer who was frightened she would freeze without a replacement heater. To get the urgent replacement I had to pay a second time and I am now waiting for a refund which might take another week. To be fair both deliveries did arrive within 24hrs. of ordering
I purchased a dehumidifier that arrived promptly and functions flawlessly. I reached out to the support team for a minor issue, and they were incredibly helpful and professional. Customer service is crucial to me! If I require another unit, I will certainly choose this service again.
