In my case, after paying for 'Royal Mail 48 hour delivery,' my item took 7 days to arrive. I understand that delivery estimates are 'best efforts,' but the absence of delivery SLAs on the website is quite poor. I shouldn't have to pay for an order to arrive at its leisure. If the courier fails to meet the promised delivery timeframe, it's the store's duty to update customers on their website. The constant blame-shifting to the courier during my communications with the support team was evident, with each representative failing to take responsibility. If you order from here, be prepared for your delivery to arrive whenever it pleases, and if you're fortunate, it may arrive within the promised timeframe.
