Review Time
Model was on special offer - arrived on time and in great (new) condition. This is a 'snap-fit' model - one of the jets had come off the wing but pushed back on easily with no repair or glue necessary.
I placed an order on 11/11/25 for my son's Christmas present, but it has yet to be dispatched. All items were in stock when I ordered and remain so. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response to my emails, and the provided phone number is not functional. Now, I will have to file a dispute with my bank and explain to my son why he won't receive the planes he asked for, as it's too late to find them elsewhere.
Awful experience! Avoid! I returned two small unsatisfactory items that felt more like they were worth a few dollars each rather than nearly £50! I contacted the support team and shipped the items back with tracking on the same day. Since then, all my emails regarding a refund have gone unanswered. I've had to start disputes through the payment platform, which could take up to 90 days. Horrendous customer service and a total rip-off for what I received!
All items arrived in great condition and promptly. The only downside was the high taxes imposed on shipments to France. Deliveries outside of the UK are now facing excessive taxes and tariffs. This new reality is quite disappointing.
It's clear that the models offered by this store are of outstanding quality, meeting expectations. However, the customer service is lacking, leaving customers uninformed. In my case, after paying for 'Royal Mail 48 hour delivery,' my item took 7 days to arrive. I understand that delivery estimates are 'best efforts,' but the absence of delivery SLAs on the website is quite poor. I shouldn't have to pay for an order to arrive at its leisure. If the courier fails to meet the promised delivery timeframe, it's the store's duty to update customers on their website. The constant blame-shifting to the courier during my communications with the support team was evident, with each representative failing to take responsibility. If you order from here, be prepared for your delivery to arrive whenever it pleases, and if you're fortunate, it may arrive within the promised timeframe.
I bought a fantastic air tag made from a wonderful Dash8 ex Flybe. It’s a lovely memento from years of flying with Flybe, likely on this aircraft to Germany, the Netherlands, France, and throughout the UK. It’s a great addition to any collection. Thank you!
