I ordered an ADSB unit and after a month, I found out it was being held for will call. Right before my trip, I reached out and was told they could ship it via second-day UPS ground, promising it would arrive by Friday. Now, I've received an email saying it won't be here until Saturday afternoon. This means I've lost a whole day at the hotel on the island, and I'm unsure if the weather will be good for flying on Sunday. This is simply unacceptable.
