I returned an unopened product (the A20 Headset) due to it being a duplicate gift on the assurance directly from the company that I would receive a full refund. Three weeks later, I received an email notification that my product had been received by Aircraft Spruce and a store credit had been applied, less the $200+ restocking fee. If I had known they were going to renege on their word, I would have either kept the headset or sold it myself. It's not the ambiguous return policy or even the money, it's the underhanded manner in which Aircraft Spruce retrieved their product back from me and kept the cash.
