On November 13th, I was unexpectedly charged for an annual subscription that I believed I had canceled. When I checked my old account, it showed a 'Subscribe' button, confirming no active subscription. I contacted support to explain that I had no active plan, had not used the service, and requested a refund for the $400 charge. They only refunded $200, stating their policy prevents full refunds. They want to charge me $200 for zero days of use. No reminders or notifications were sent regarding renewal, and their refusal to fully refund feels predatory. Their response is inaccurate; they did not issue a partial refund as claimed. A trustworthy company wouldn’t operate this way.
