Unsatisfactory Trial Subscription Experience

I enrolled in a one-year trial for $400, and when they tried to auto-renew my subscription, I canceled within 24 hours. After expressing my concerns, they agreed to refund $200 of the $400, which I have contested with my bank. I suggest saving your money; I found no value in their service, and their business practices seem suspicious.

Unpleasant Experience with Service

The service didn’t display all the features of the pro version, leading me to purchase it and cancel on the same day. I was charged for another month despite my cancellation, and they refused to refund that charge! Many other services would handle such issues better, indicating poor business practices. Additionally, much of the data provided was inaccurate, and the filters didn’t function correctly. I suggest looking for a different analytics platform.

Great Service for New Owners

It's a nice way to compare pricing for your short-term rental across various metrics (e.g., by month, against the top 25% / 50%, etc.). Very helpful for newcomers or those entering new markets. Good customer service as well.

Misleading Business Practices

Dishonest Business Practices

This business is dishonest. If you cancel your subscription through their website, they still charge you and refuse to refund. The app is poor, with inaccurate and fabricated data. Many areas and properties have outdated information. Other services are much better. The moment I signed up for a monthly plan, I canceled my subscription, but they claimed I didn’t do it promptly and charged me for another month.

Frustrating Cancellation Process

I couldn't access all the features with the free version, so I signed up and tried to cancel within 12 hours, but customer service rejected my request. I wouldn't recommend anyone to experience this hassle.

Charged for No Service, Denied Refund

On November 13th, I was unexpectedly charged for an annual subscription that I believed I had canceled. When I checked my old account, it showed a 'Subscribe' button, confirming no active subscription. I contacted support to explain that I had no active plan, had not used the service, and requested a refund for the $400 charge. They only refunded $200, stating their policy prevents full refunds. They want to charge me $200 for zero days of use. No reminders or notifications were sent regarding renewal, and their refusal to fully refund feels predatory. Their response is inaccurate; they did not issue a partial refund as claimed. A trustworthy company wouldn’t operate this way.
