Failed to install pipe insulation for water pipes to & from the baseboard heat registers. Without these, the system doesn't work.Hooked into my water supply before the sediment filter, and didn't install a new one. Without it, sediment will quickly destroy the system.They used my tools, and broke them.They used a new towel to clean their pipes, ruining it.They didn't clean up their mess, including cigarette butts.They tried to get me to pay extra, beyond the contractual price.They said they passed inspection the 1st time. This was false.
