They advertise as a 'Neighborly' company, but I would say their service is much more personal than just neighborly!They installed a new A/C for my disabled sister after a lighting strike destroyed hers. They helped with her insurance company, who I was so very disappointed in!Helped to make her more comfortable, while we waited 4 weeks for State Farm to make up their minds!Were always quick to call us back and were so sympathetic to my sister's situation.It was a very positive, pleasant and personal experience. They try to do the best job they can for their clients. A special shout out to Travis, David, Noah and Perry. And all the ladies who answer the phones are amazingly professional and pleasant!!!! I would give them lots of stars!!!
