I strongly discourage spending your money on this airline. While their ticket prices are similar to full-service carriers, the experience resembles that of a low-cost airline, with the added frustration of numerous extra charges. Items typically included on major airlines, such as headphones, drinks, and meals, must be purchased separately. Alarmingly, even priority boarding for pregnant passengers or those needing assistance is offered as an upgrade, unlike many other airlines that provide it for free. Extra-legroom seats cost around €100, which is excessive given the service level. The aircraft themselves are uncomfortable. Even on long flights, legroom is severely limited, aisles are narrow, and cleanliness is poorly maintained. During my flight, the lavatories often lacked basic supplies like toilet paper, forcing me to repeatedly ask the crew for restocking. The food service is also disappointing: portions are minimal, quality is mediocre, and the “breakfast” consisted of just a muffin and coffee. Customer service was another major letdown. As a pregnant passenger who has traveled extensively, I have never been denied priority boarding — until my connecting flight. The gate staff were dismissive and rude, and only after insisting did I learn that the airline charges for priority boarding, even for pregnant women. This policy is both inappropriate and discouraging. Overall, the combination of poor comfort, inadequate service, additional fees, and unprofessional staff makes this airline deeply disappointing, especially given the price point. I cannot recommend it.
