It was my first time flying in this company and the last. I was flying from Madrid to Oporto because the price was very competitive and since it wasn’t a low cost airline I expected a higher quality experience. Needless to say, it was terrible. The boarding process was late, they let drunk people board the flight, when we got into the plane it was freezing cold to the point I had to wear a fur coat, beanie and gloves the whole flight, the flight attendants were super rude to the point they started squeezing and pushing my backpack as much as they could to the other people’s luggage’s because “this plane is too small for all the luggages”. I don’t recommend this airline to anyone, unless u wanna feel uncomfortable, mistreated and disrespected.

While their ticket prices are on par with full-service carriers, the experience feels more like that of a low-cost airline, compounded by numerous extra charges. Essentials usually included with major airlines, like headphones, drinks, and meals, must be paid for separately. It's surprising that even priority boarding for pregnant passengers or those needing assistance is an upgrade, unlike many other airlines that provide it as a courtesy. The charge for extra-legroom seats is approximately €100, which is unreasonable considering the overall service. The aircraft are uncomfortable. Even on long-haul flights, legroom is severely limited, aisles are cramped, and cleanliness is lacking. During my flight, the lavatories often ran out of basic supplies like toilet paper, requiring me to repeatedly ask the crew for restocking. The food service also falls short: portions are small, quality is average, and the “breakfast” was merely a muffin and coffee. Customer service was another significant letdown. As a pregnant traveler, I’ve never been denied priority boarding — until my connecting flight. The gate staff were dismissive and rude, and only after insisting did I discover that the airline charges for priority boarding, even for pregnant women. This policy is both inappropriate and disheartening. In summary, the mix of poor comfort, inadequate service, unexpected fees, and unprofessional staff makes this airline incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price. I cannot recommend it.

Be cautious of the customer service from this airline. It is virtually non-existent. As a frequent flyer, I attempted for four days to obtain an invoice for a flight. After numerous phone calls and emails that led to non-existent customer service resources, I never received anything.
This airline is a total waste of money. I faced harassment multiple times during boarding, and the entire process left me stressed instead of relaxed. From the moment I bought their ticket, I couldn't find peace of mind. What should have been a holiday turned into a nightmare due to this airline. I strongly advise against purchasing tickets from them if you want to avoid wasting your money, being denied boarding, or facing harassment. My holiday was ruined, and I will never fly with them again.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this airline and the overall service quality. I purchased two tickets totaling 74,000 CZK (my Flex ticket cost 37,000 CZK) and needed to modify my flights multiple times due to business reasons. Although the airline claims that ticket changes and invoice requests can be handled online, nothing works. All modifications and requests had to be done by phone, leading to hours spent on hold and a very slow customer service experience. Even simple changes took an unreasonably long time. In today's world, it is unacceptable for an international airline to have a non-functional website and lack online customer tools. Instead of flexibility, I faced added costs, stress, and wasted time during a business trip. For the premium price of a Flex ticket, the service quality is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this airline and will avoid it in the future unless significant improvements are made.
As I anticipated, this airline did not meet my expectations. I would prefer to fly with other budget airlines instead! The prices are not cheap either. Everything on the plane was slow with long waiting times. There was only one toilet for the entire plane, causing long queues. Even the crew took a long time to serve passengers (no complimentary food or drinks), their speed was shockingly slow. Other budget airlines hire efficient staff to deliver food and handle payments quickly, but this airline took an hour or more. Truly disappointing service.
After traveling for more than 30 years, I can confidently say this is the worst company ever! We had a connecting flight with the same airline. They were 1.15 hours late and did not contact the next flight to wait for us. After running across the airport with a group of eight, we arrived seven minutes late, and the staff informed us there was no way to board, even though the plane was still there. They rescheduled us for another flight six hours later, which was also delayed by an hour. There was no service, no explanation, and not even an apology. I hope this airline disappears soon.
