Very bad management of the Covid crisis... End of March, flights Bogota to Paris via Madrid cancelled few days before without any alternative proposal or help in Bogota. Nobody at the airport, impossible to reach them by phone, email, messenger... Bogota airport closed 4 days after and we had to fly to Cancun, Mexico and then buy another flight to Poland to reach Europe before complete lockdown everywhere.... everything done by oir own without any help from Air Europe. We ask the refund on March 27th and till now we receive nothing. They keep our money illagaly. More than 4 months without refund, explanation, help.
