I booked two Business Flex tickets with Air France and I needed to cancel. The tickets were fully refundable and an Air France associate informed me that the normal refund period was between 7 and 14 days. After hearing nothing further after this time had passed, in a subsequent telephone conversation I was told that I would have to wait 60 days, yes that's correct 6-0 days to have the money refunded to my credit card account. My credit card company was shocked when I informed them of this and will be entering a dispute with Air France in order to retrieve these funds. Avoid this company at all costs.
