I tried getting my compensation through Airhelp as the airline never responded my emails. Airhelp started a court case with them in December 2024 - or so they say.
Since then, I didn't once receive any sort of update about the case. They keep on saying things like "we escalated the case" or "we will ask our lawyers and get back to you in around 2 weeks" - but nothing.
So all in all, very unhappy - so if you decide to go through them and not their competitors expect very vague answers from them.
I understand court cases are out of their control and some courts are slower than others but as their client the least they could do is give me more information to give me insurance that it is indeed being looking into rather than the usual "we appreciate your patience".
Over 1 year later, still no compensation.
