I am writing to express my frustration regarding the delay in receiving our compensation.
We have still not received our payment, and it appears that you are holding onto the money. We continue to receive the same response stating that it will take a few more weeks for the process to be completed before we can receive our funds.
However, we have been waiting since January, which is far beyond a reasonable timeframe. This ongoing delay is unacceptable, and we kindly ask for a clear explanation and an immediate update on when we can expect to receive our compensation.
We request that this matter be prioritized and resolved as soon as possible.
