After receiving two emails about my order, I got another email with a different order number stating I was charged $39.99 for the guarantee. This is the same guarantee that was advertised as free. I called multiple times regarding this charge, but they haven't refunded me. When I checked their website to reorder the same product, I noticed that the $39.99 charge is linked to a rewards club, which wasn't selected. They charged me incorrectly, as I never opted for any rewards program, and my original receipt shows no such charge. It feels like they're misleading customers. If it's free, it should remain free. Why the extra charge?
