I purchased a car vacuum directly, and was advised against buying from overseas due to quality issues. To my surprise, it arrived from abroad. The suction is significantly weaker than advertised, and many attachments don't fit. I paid $74 and reached out via the only provided email contact, but I never received a response despite emailing twice. This feels like a total scam.

Unauthorized monthly charges

I purchased a portable vacuum for $80, but I've noticed monthly charges of $29.99 and $39.99 since March, totaling over $300 in unauthorized fees. I'm disputing this with my bank, but they can only address charges from the last 180 days. It's outrageous that this company feels entitled to scam people out of their money.

Recurring unauthorized charges

Like many others, I received my unit, which is acceptable, although the attachments don't fit. The real issue is the recurring charge of $39.99 USD, which is about $62 AUD. This charge is for a rewards program that I did not select at purchase but seems to be applied anyway. I tried to cancel my membership on their website, but the cancellation link leads to the cart. I advise avoiding this company and working with your bank, as they won't assist you.

Unexpected monthly deductions

I bought two small vacuum devices for $137. They were subpar, and then I noticed $29.99 being deducted from my account every month since. The authorities haven't been responsive. I had to get a new debit card to stop future charges. Overall, it feels like a complete scam.

Fraud alert!

This is a scam! The vacuum didn't match the advertisement, and contacting anyone for support is nearly impossible. I was charged $29.99 for two consecutive months. I've reached out to my credit card company to dispute these charges. After reading these reviews, I wonder why this company hasn't faced consequences for fraudulent activities. I strongly recommend not purchasing anything from them!

A frustrating experience with this company

This company doesn't even deserve one star. It feels like a complete scam. I bought two vacuums for $124.00 and then faced recurring charges of $39.99 for two months without my consent or any new purchases. I didn't sign up for anything. Ordered a vacuum, faced unexpected charges

I ordered a vacuum for $67.00, and the confirmation email mentioned a 90-day money-back guarantee at no extra cost. However, I didn't select any guarantee option. After receiving two emails about my order, I got another email with a different order number stating I was charged $39.99 for the guarantee. This is the same guarantee that was advertised as free. I called multiple times regarding this charge, but they haven't refunded me. When I checked their website to reorder the same product, I noticed that the $39.99 charge is linked to a rewards club, which wasn't selected. They charged me incorrectly, as I never opted for any rewards program, and my original receipt shows no such charge. It feels like they're misleading customers. If it's free, it should remain free. Why the extra charge?

Disappointing experience

Unfortunately, I ordered and received this product before seeing the negative reviews. The vacuum is mediocre at best, not as advertised. This explains why my credit card company sought authorization before processing the payment. I will closely monitor my statements for those recurring charges.
