The tracking number they provided is BOGUS. Ordered product on 12/31/24 & payment from my bank account was taken on 1/2/25. Can't get any updates from sent emails. I should have seen the red flags - if I would have done my own background check on the company. The first being they do not have phone number. Very disappointed - JUST A SCAM!!!
