Extremely disappointing experience with Air India. I reached the gate during final call, yet staff delayed me with unnecessary questions and offloaded my baggage right in front of me. No urgency, no empathy, and very rude behavior. Missed my flight despite being present. Completely unprofessional service. 0 stars. Never again.
