I am writing to express my extreme discomfort faced on my flight from Sharjah to Delhi with Mumbai layover (PNR - 8YFR7N) The Sharjah flight was delayed by 1.5hr due to which our connecting flight was missed. Mind you, this flight was missed because the pilot kept waiting for one passenger to board which literally missed the connections of 20+ passengers in Mumbai (this was announced by pilot on board) The staff of AIX was not there and a third party company staff BFS were managing the misconnection. The staff had no knowledge, they were literally begging to air India staff to book the next flight and kept on lying to us and kept extending the next flight. The staff was rude, had no knowledge how to handle the situation. I was calmly waiting for my turn to get the next flight but they only prioritised those who shouted and yelled at them. Finally, I had to yell at them and then they offered me a next flight which was much after my originally scheduled time. There was literally no AIX staff there, this shows such a level of zero ownership. I swear never to book with AIX ever again in future and would advise the same to my friends and family.
